“When we understand that the inner landscape contains it all - every texture, season, mood, color, and expression of humanity - we stop resisting and show up for the task at hand. The task at hand is always to meet what is with love.

- Deborah Eden Tull

There is great emphasis in modern spiritual conversations on reaching an awakened state. What meditation actually teaches us is to learn to live in a continual remembrance of the awakened state that is already here. Awareness is already awake. We leave spacious awareness regularly for the mind of separation, but the awakened state never leaves us. It is the very consciousness that illuminates us.

REMEMBERING the Already Awakened State is a weekly online drop-in meditation class to support presence, deepening practice, and conscious community. REMEMBERING takes place every Tuesday of the month.

When: Tuesdays, 9am PT/12pm ET

Where: Online via Zoom

Who: Open to all levels of experience

Fee: Sliding Scale contribution, no one turned away due to lack of funds

Registration: Register here.

These meditations are free to those who join the Fierce Compassion Sangha.

About the sliding scale: We wish this class to be accessible to all. Those who have more might wish to pay more in order to support those who are financially challenged. If you are unable to donate anything during this time but wish to participate, please email us at deborahedentull@gmail.com

All members of Eden’s Fierce Compassion Sangha (formerly Deepening Practice) will be able to access all weekly sessions of REMEMBERING as part of their monthly donation. Consider joining the Fierce Compassion Sangha to access the Eden’s Media Library—which will include all weekly meditation recordings (along with other retreats and special offerings) to both support and be supported by Eden as a teacher.

If you feel called to join us for meditation conscious community, and transformative conversation, REGISTER HERE.

For full access to weekly meditation recordings, including REMEMBERING (as well as the ability to send in practice questions to be addressed by Eden during live sessions), consider joining Eden’s Fierce Compassion Sangha.
